Tina's 'Proud Mary' Tea


This unique blend is inspired by the ice tea beverage native to Southern States, Sweet Tea: a black tea made with added sugar and chilled. In honour of ‘Proud Mary’ and Tina’s hometown – Brownsville, Tennessee – this roasted black tea has a subtle sweetness complemented by the addition of fresh vanilla that works perfectly hot, with milk, or as a cold brew and iced tea.

Brew Time:

Brewed with boiling water that’s been cooled to 90-95°C; use one teaspoon (approx. 3-4g) per 150ml of water. For cold-brewing, use two teaspoons (approx. 7-8g) of tea per 750ml of cold water. Refrigerate until very cold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
